Closet Vegetarian: Mushroom Tacos
Talk about a late night craving. After passing all the taco trucks during my run I developed the intense need for a taco. While I do miss the carnita tacos these mushroom tacos certainly did the job. They were f-ing delicious. Even the BF had to have a bite and asked me to make more.
